- Identify site constraints, permitting requirements, and regulatory pathways.
- Prepare initial project plans, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
- Contribute to PG&E’s clean energy and grid resiliency goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across internal departments and external agencies.
- Conduct technical and financial feasibility assessments for new projects.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and track project progress vs. benchmarks.
- Work on high-impact capital projects with a collaborative, safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, environmental, and construction teams.
- Support contract administration and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop preliminary scopes, schedules, and budgets for planning and prioritization.
- Deliver complete project development packages for execution handoff.

- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong skills in MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, and feasibility analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in utility or energy project development, ideally in transmission or substation environments.
