  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and station works packages across the programme lifecycle.
  • Provide expert input into tendering, contract negotiations, and claims management.
  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of civil and station works.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and strategic updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Interface with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex contract interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards, FIDIC contracts, and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in high-speed rail infrastructure, with a strong focus on civil works and station development.
  • Experience with digital project controls and BIM integration.
  • Proven experience working on mega infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
