Description

• Provide full administrative support to the branch and service team.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Raise and check invoices, handle customer records, and perform general office duties.
• Take customer calls and address their queries.
• Schedule planned maintenance and liaise directly with customers.
• Promote and ensure Health & Safety compliance across all branch activity.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a busy office setting, including scheduling engineers and using Microsoft Office, and must demonstrate strong planning, prioritisation, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. They should be comfortable working under pressure, handling sensitive situations professionally, and interpreting data effectively.
