In this role the Assistant Branch Manager will support day‑to‑day operations, strategic growth, and employee development. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of construction site needs, overseeing hiring and mentoring across sales, customer service, accounting, and warehouse teams, and managing financial functions such as cost control, billing, collections, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of construction site needs, supplies, equipment inventory, and basic accounting principles.
- Hire, motivate, and mentor staff across sales, customer service, accounting, and warehouse functions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
- Manage financial aspects including cost control, billing, collections, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly status reports.
- Track equipment and supplies; process customer orders, vendor payments, and invoicing.
- Analyze reports to make data‑driven decisions.
- Provide effective leadership, motivation, and organization in a supervisory role.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

The position requires strong financial acumen, experience with profit and loss statements, and a proven track record in sales and customer‑focused environments. Candidates should have 2‑3+ years of equipment rental and construction supply experience, with preferred knowledge of RentalMan (Wynne Software) and Coupa (P2P software).
Physical requirements include travel between the Colorado branches, prolonged desk work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
- Demonstrate financial acumen with profit and loss statements.
- Possess 2‑3+ years of equipment rental and construction supply experience; RentalMan and Coupa knowledge preferred.
- Travel between Colorado Springs and Aurora/Denver branches; lift up to 50 lb as needed.
