Manage reliability and maintenance of renewable energy assets (BESS, wind, PV)

Tasks

-Analyse fleet spares and administer the technical aspects of Framework Agreements with OEMs. -Lead efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, and facilities. -Manage warranty programs and oversee the lifecycle and quality of rotable components. -Collaborate with the Planning team to design and implement Asset Maintenance Strategies and Plans. -Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and challenges impacting power delivery, utilising data analysis (Vibration, Thermographic, Data Log, and Asset Utilisation) -Provide technical support to operations and maintenance management. -Work as a key stakeholder within the Asset Management team to ensure the reliability and maintainability of Zenith's asset installations. -Reduce overhead expenses and budgets by tracking abnormally high maintenance cost assets and supplying solutions to reduce those losses or high costs -Contribute to a Risk Management Plan that identifies potential reliability and non-reliability risks affecting power supply.

What You Bring

-Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Defect Elimination -Hands-on experience with industry leaders -High-level diagnostic skills with PLC and SCADA systems. -Understanding and appreciation of Enterprise Asset Management Methodology -Cert IV or tertiary qualification related to Asset Management or Business. -Electrical Engineering Degree -Experience in carrying out Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) -Electrical Trade Qualification. -Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. -Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (particularly PRONTO) -Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. -Understanding of Maintenance Planning, Scheduling Processes, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance Management -Knowledge/Application of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and condition monitoring practices -Comprehensive understanding of maintenance methodologies
