Requirements

• Customer service skills an asset.
• Ability to take ownership, lead and execute the correct actions.
• Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
• Proactive self-starter, self-directed and driven to excellence in all aspects of role.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Experienced or demonstratable knowledge of both waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
• Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to cope with changes in circumstances and think in creative ways to solve the issues.
• IT or Computer Science
• Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
• Good working knowledge of project planning software such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong influence and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
