Field Manager

• Manage project documentation including job journals, meeting notes, and progress reports
• Coordinate and manage trade contractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality
• Conduct daily jobsite walks, safety meetings, and toolbox talks
• Oversee and enforce site cleanliness, E&S controls, and Safety compliance
• Review submittals, drawings, and shop drawings for conformance to project specifications
• Support project close-out: punch lists, municipal inspections, and final occupancy coordination
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and designers to resolve field issues and RFIs
• Lead on-site construction activities and ensure exceptional craftsmanship, safety, and organization

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore experience a plus)
• Deep understanding of high-end residential construction methods, codes, and best practices
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• 10+ years of residential construction supervision experience
• OSHA certification
