Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Description

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi‑project environments.
• Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity.
• Gather schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction teams and integrate it into planning systems.
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, procedures and SOX controls where applicable.
• Produce progress reports, integrated planning contributions, and 1‑, 3‑, 6‑month look‑ahead reports for the client.
• Perform probabilistic, trend, critical path and risk analyses on integrated and contractor schedules.
• Monitor and communicate potential schedule delays, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Convert schedule data into Tableau visualizations and graphics.
• Work independently to produce concept‑level schedules from limited information and advise project management on schedule risks.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our data‑center team for a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires onsite presence Monday‑Friday; local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred, with a per‑diem available for non‑relocating hires. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and managing construction schedules for mission‑critical facilities, expertise in scheduling best practices and project controls, and excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions.

• Extensive experience creating large‑scale construction schedules in Primavera P6 and understanding of MEP systems required.
• BS in Engineering, Business or related field; PSP certification (AACE) and EIT preferred.
• Regular travel to the construction site is expected; on‑site presence required with per‑diem available for non‑relocating candidates.
