Mechanical Draftsman (MEP)

Description

• Revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and consultant feedback.
• Coordinate mechanical layouts with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.
• Prepare detailed HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting service drawings.
• Develop shop drawings, detailed design drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with strong expertise in MEP designs to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on construction projects.

Mechanical Draftsman (MEP)

• Minimum 4–6 years of GCC experience in MEP drafting.
• Knowledge of BIM / Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Good understanding of industry codes, standards, and construction practices.
