  • Collaborate with business leaders to align financial targets with operational goals
  • Deliver variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance vs. plan, forecast, and prior year
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with analysis of revenue, margins, expenses, and cash flow
  • Partner with location managers and department heads to provide financial insights that improve operational performance
  • Lead development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all locations and business units
  • Track and analyze KPIs relevant to retail/home improvement operations
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis on strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain financial models

  • Excellent understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting, ideally in a multi-location retail, consumer, or home improvement business
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in financial planning tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to partner effectively with executives and location managers
