Etihad Rail Operating Companies manages and operates the UAE’s national railway network.
Creation of standardized yearly maintenance plans including inspections, preventive maintenance and major maintenance works;
Coordination of monthly planning meetings related with maintenance;
Works under the instruction of the Performance Manager.
Responsible for standardized development, quality and integrity of company’s Maintenance Plans and implementation through the SAP PM Maintenance Management System. Asset Maintenance Planner works together with Asset Management Engineering and Operations Department Infrastructure Maintenance Planner, Fleet Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Supervisors, to develop long and mid-term scheduled maintenance programs and processes. Programs are handed over to Operations as yearly work order packages for execution. Asset Maintenance Planner monitors and audits maintenance execution progress, manages adjustments to existing plans and provides training for end users.
Monthly and ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner;
Generating yearly maintenance work packages in form of SAP Work Orders and handover to Operations Department;
Support Logistics and Operations with spare parts forecasting;
Maintenance planning process review and optimization;
Support asset management compliance to any Lean Maintenance goals and objectives;
Monitoring and auditing of maintenance compliance to plans, quality of reporting and maintenance performance;
Management of change to maintenance plans;
Great communication skills;
Ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Experience in mechanical, civil or electrical maintenance services;
Experience in stationary and mobile maintenance management systems;
Excellent in maintenance planning and scheduling;
Ability to work with multiple teams at all levels and personalities, in cross-cultural teams;
Diploma in Engineering or Technical Education or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Excellent in SAP PM, SAP MM and SAP Work Manager;
English as first language or advanced level of written and verbal skills;
Experience in SAP MRP.
