In this role you will be hands‑on in the field, setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. Work schedules rotate based on location and project needs, often requiring 12‑hour shifts, overnight travel, and outdoor work in all weather conditions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
- Set up and tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
- Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
- Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs
- Travel to job sites as needed, often overnight
- Perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
