Process purchase orders through integrated systems to maintain financial accuracy
Coordinate with the team on vendor consolidation opportunities and volume discount negotiations
Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains
Update parts pricing and availability in FSM to ensure accurate job costing
Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to ensure best-value procurement
Support field technicians with parts identification and sourcing for complex repairs
Manage parts allocation and distribution to ensure technicians have required materials for scheduled jobs
Assist with warehouse organization and inventory accuracy to support efficient operations
Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries while maintaining quality standards
Process purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules to meet field service requirements
Coordinate rental equipment logistics for complex installations and emergency repairs
Assist the Account Management team with parts pricing for customer estimates
Support emergency parts procurement for same-day service commitments
Research and qualify new suppliers to expand our parts sourcing capabilities
Coordinate parts delivery to job sites and technician locations
Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Negotiate pricing agreements and payment terms to optimize cost structure
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with Billing Specialist on parts cost allocation and job profitability analysis
Provide backup support for Project Coordinators during high-volume periods
Maintain organized parts storage systems to enable quick retrieval and distribution
Support inventory tracking and reporting through system integration
Track special orders and communicate delivery timelines to Project Coordinator and field teams

2+ years procurement, parts coordination, or inventory management experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to learn our field service management platform
