

Elite student housing operator delivering hospitality‑driven, high‑end living experiences on campus and off‑campus.
Monitor budget variances and provide commentary and actionable insights to management.
Review and analyze expense trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with property and regional managers to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and operational performance.
Timely support for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems and reports.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Maintain and update financial models to reflect current business conditions.
Contribute to process improvements and reporting templates that enhance FP&A efficiency.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and performance dashboards.
Assist in preparing financial presentations for leadership and investors.
Track capital expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Support financial risk assessments and assist with scenario modeling for business decisions.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all operating properties and corporate departments.
Partner with operations, property management, and accounting teams to collect and analyze financial data.
Serve as a resource for ad hoc analysis and data requests from management.
Support the FP&A team in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Consistent, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.
Experience with AWS QuickSight or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with property management or real estate financial analysis.
Knowledge of Entrata or other property management software.

2-3 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level finance roles accepted).
Improved data visibility and expense tracking for operations and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated growth in analytical capability and business understanding.
