Actively participate in and lead ongoing strategic initiatives related to VDC and BIM.
Work with our Principals to understand current processes, advise, and assist in implementing the VDC processes;
Participate in speaking opportunities within the industry and focus groups;
Work with project team to coordinate all building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Technology, etc.) to find best routing and avoid interferences with other building systems;
Manage and implement a VDC project setup process, facilitating BIM meetings and design quality control coordination sessions;
Train our design team on BIM capabilities, including best practices and lessons learned;
Lead clash prevention analyses, generating and tracking clash reports, assisting with the communication of results with our design, quality control, and construction administration teams;

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently;
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.

Excellent knowledge of VDC processes used in the industry;
Exceptional presentation and training skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
