-Prepare legal documents for litigation and conveyancing matters -Provide full secretarial support to a senior partner handling a mixed caseload -Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner -Manage diaries, meetings and appointments

What You Bring
The Job You will be working directly into a partner of the firm who handles a varied caseload across litigation and conveyancing. Experience in these areas is helpful; however, a strong Legal Secretary with previous legal secretary experience solid typing, document management, and organisation skills will be able to pick up the work with guidance. -Strong audio typing and administrative skills -Willing to learn and adapt across multiple practice areas -Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary/Legal Administrator is required -Confident communicator, both written and verbal -Audio typing, correspondence and file management -Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively -Maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail -Previous experience in Residential or commercial Conveyancing or litigation (Desired)
