The position combines strategic planning, client engagement, and market expansion, requiring deep knowledge of state policies, agencies, and programs, as well as a proven ability to develop high‑value client relationships and mobilize internal colleagues.

The base salary for this role is projected between $161,278 and $201,598 annually, subject to experience, location, internal equity, and market conditions, with additional compensation such as bonuses and overtime possible.
