Executive Business Partner

Description

We will conduct three interviews via Zoom; the typical process takes around 2-4 weeks to complete from start to finish.

• Build and manage our "executive operating system"—the cadence and rhythm of the business, including meeting agendas, action item tracking, and follow-ups
• Act as a strategic partner for our CEO and executive team
• Develop lightweight systems and processes that improve organization, visibility, and clarity for the CEO and leadership team
• Plan and execute high-stakes meetings, including board meetings, investor check-ins, leadership offsites, and company all-hands
• Strengthen communication flow by preparing summaries, drafting correspondence, and ensuring the right context reaches the right people at the right time
• Support travel planning, major events, and external engagements to ensure seamless execution and strong representation of the company

Requirements

The Executive Business Partner contributes to the rhythm of the company by supporting the CEO and leadership team with organized information, clear communication, and steady coordination across evolving priorities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced environment and naturally brings order and clarity to complex workflows.

• Proven ability to be proactive, predictive, and "one step ahead" of executive needs
• Experience at a venture-backed early-stage startup company
• High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability
• Learns new concepts rapidly, completely, and in a self-directed manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraints
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
• Mastery of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)
• Experience planning and executing board meetings and company-wide events
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/ Business Partner supporting C-level executives
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, ideally within high-growth startups or similarly dynamic organizations
