This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous Shuttle management experience, with a hospital focus also being a top asset.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours).
Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client.
Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
Maintain vehicle records and provide maintenance reporting to the Area manager.
Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.

Established experience with scheduling, Payroll and Dispatch as well as experience with Shuttle fleets.
You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with management experience in the Transportation, Customer Service, and/or Hospital shuttle Industries.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
You have impeccable conversational and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ADP
