Develop and maintain an effective production staff through the selection, training, and motivation of employees

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Formal training in Lean methods and continuous flow
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Experience in a high-volume production environment desired
Demonstrated experience with Lean methods, continuous flow, and a CQI environment
Ability to read and interpret production schedules and job-work-orders
Basic level of proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
Good organizational skills
Safety glasses and other required protection must be worn when out in the manufacturing area
Ability to apply basic trouble-shooting skills to solve specific production-related problems
