Develop effective working relationships among all project team members, stakeholders, and the project resources including managing external vendors, consultants, and contractors as appropriate
Lead the project delivery process including initiation, authorization, planning, design, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and close out
Responsible for project updates and metrics tracking, associated reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with corporate and function procedures
Develop an Integrated Master Schedule of the project according to owner standards and approved scheduling tool.
Analyze activity plans, including budgets to develop integrated master schedules to develop contractual and project requirements for an assigned project
Perform Current Schedule and Cost (EV, AC) vs. Performance Measurement Baseline, compare and highlight major activity deviations between the original baseline and the current plan based on monthly updates.
Provide leadership, guidance and support in the area of scope definition, cost management, schedule development, change management, meeting design basis criteria, risk identification and risk management

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Management or related discipline preferred
Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools.
Ability to work effectively with competing priorities and stressful situations
Self-motivated & require minimum supervision.
Ability to work in concert with clients, ability to keep client satisfaction a top priority.
Power utility industry construction/maintenance project experience (Substation, T&D focus)
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design, construction, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
Willingness to grow, learn, lead, and develop/expand business.
8+ years of Project Management Scheduling concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Deadline driven, able to handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge using Oracle Primavera P6: 6+ years P6 Project level Scheduling
Understanding level of cost controls skills
Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting
Understand and manage projects from concept to complete.
