Installation, commissioning of modular portable fleets of generators, chillers, Load banks and Cooling towers.
Ensure immediate response and minimal disruption to client’s requirements.
Operation and Maintenance of temperature control / HVAC equipment.
Reporting all utilized stock items from depot stores.
Ensure quality of workmanship to maintain and enhance performance of equipment.
Spares, consumables planning and maintain minimum inventory at customer site
To carry out Preventive maintenance of company owned fleets as per maintenance schedule
Ensure all customer operated sites having qualified operators to operate and maintain logbooks as per Aggreko standards.
Maintain breakdown analysis reports and make awareness of the problem to other engineers.
Ensure all work performed reports are approved by clients (on site) and are legibly produced.
Report any fuel spills, incidents or issues within the policy of QHSE.
Reporting on competitor activity visible on customer’s site(s).
Training to operators/ technicians and ensure log sheets are recorded diligently
Ensure all installations are carried out to Aggreko service manual standards.
Ensure all equipment is prepared for hire in compliance with Aggreko ‘Green Card’ procedure.
To monitor / track site performance in line with commitment to client, analyze performance parameters of on-site equipment’s and take immediate corrective action with online support to site operator or in person if required.

Minimum3 to 5 Years of Experience in Diesel Engine OEM, Rental power company or Utility maintenance comprising DG set, chillers etc.
Previous Experience with Cummins/Iveco/Scania/Caterpillar Diesel Generator engines on LHP/HHP generators.
Minimum qualification; Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge on operation and maintenance of AC & DC Load bank.
Effective troubleshooting capability and ability to read electrical drawings
Skill desired to work on MS – Office (word, Excel, power point etc.)
Experience on overhauling of diesel engine/gas engine, engines axillary components.
Compliance with 24-hour call – out policy.
Hands on experience operation and maintenance of LHP - HHP Diesel engines.
Effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime and unnecessary repair costs.
Compliance with QHSE & ISO 9000 Policy and Procedures.
Good Communication skills must be able to complete reports legibly.
Skill desired to operate forklift, Overhead crane
Worked Stamford/Leroy Sommer alternator troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge on Synchronizing of generators, LV & HV transformers and switchgear panels.
Good command of English language, spoken and written
Experience to work on HVAC fleets (Chillers/Cooling Towers/PHE/AHU) would be added advantage
Well versed to operate DEIF/Deepsea/carrel controllers.
Possession of light vehicle transport driving license essential for service vehicle driving.
