Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree from a technical or four-year school in either civil engineering, construction, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Applicable PPE (personal protective equipment) provided.
• American Concrete Institute (ACI) Grade 1, International Code Council (ICC) Nuclear Gauge, or applicable Department of Transportation/Road certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
• The use of a company truck for transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
