Organize and coordinate administrative duties and grant programs procedures.
Attend grant related workshops.

Be responsible for calling or emailing clients monthly to obtain financial documents (purchase orders, invoices, and copies of checks) for grant documentation.
Provide general administrative support to grants and project managers. (copy, scan, email, print documents, filling, etc.)

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to compose and produce routine correspondence. Ability to meet with clients and initiate discussions about grants.
Ability to efficiently work in the Microsoft Office Suite, including excel, work, and PowerPoint.
