Manage junior corporate strategy team members (associates, analysts, and interns) and colleagues from other functions to execute strategy projects
Instill a customer-driven, fact-based, and objective approach to analysis, decision-making, and prioritization
Partner with, and advise internal executives and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and action
Coordinate and manage an enterprise competitive intelligence program to track and analyze activities of core commercial real estate competitors, with regular reporting to senior leadership, to drive strategic decision-making
Build and maintain a strong network across other JLL units (e.g. research, finance, investor relations, business line strategy units) to drive projects to success
Develop and execute strategy projects across all of JLL’s business lines and functions

Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields; MBA/Masters preferred

Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with leadership in a mature and professional manner
5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate (with strong exposure to corporate strategy)

Strong financial and business modelling skills
Previous management experience
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools including quantitative analysis and knowledge of strategy frameworks
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
