Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor quality standards and practices. Engage other professionals in the organization on complex projects at their onset to ensure project quality is delivered.
Recruit, train, mentor, and partner with your leadership team to develop all employees in the department.
Collaborate with the office and department leadership teams to prepare and execute the department annual business plan.
Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices.

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Understand and manage project-related risks. Be familiar with what could go wrong on a project and how to mitigate risks. Be familiar with company risk policies.
Professional certifications in any of the following areas: PTI, ICC, ACI, AWS, WABO, OBOA, NICET
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practiced by the Firm including Engineering, or Geology and 8 years’ practice experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years’ related experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Certification or licensure in field of expertise (PE preferred).
Previous supervisory experience.
