You will bring senior governance or senior officer experience within a complex or evolving commercial organisation, along with strong strategic business acumen and financial literacy. You understand governance frameworks, fiduciary duties, and the importance of balancing strategic ambition with sound oversight.

To support this journey, the Board seeks to appoint an Independent Director who will contribute to governance excellence, strategic oversight, and commercial performance. This role will suit a leader who combines sound governance experience with commercial insight, strategic agility, and a genuine commitment to kaupapa Māori and values-based leadership.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
