Lead and install sheet metal ductwork systems for HVAC projects, ensuring quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
Work independently while maintaining communication with the superintendent, builder, and management.
Help coordinate project scheduling and assign appropriate technician and installer support.
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and SMACNA standards for proper duct installation.
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to keep projects on schedule.
Collaborate with technicians, installers, project managers, and contractors to meet project goals.
