The Safety Professional Manager position requires experience in a similar safety role. There is an expectation of intermediate competencies, knowledge, and experience in safety (construction safety preferred). This position receives direction, guidance, and counsel from a Senior Safety Manager or above to complete short-term and long-term tasks and project-level goals. The Safety Professional Manager position plans, coordinates, and executes safety responsibilities as specified in project safety plans and the Barton Malow safety manual. The primary function of the Safety Professional Manager position is to coordinate and manage safety at small to medium-sized projects by managing and coordinating all project safety responsibilities, and effectively implementing, executing, maintaining, and documenting all safety efforts at such projects.
