The Talent Acquisition professional will source, screen, and onboard top talent across sales, technical, and operational roles, ensuring hiring excellence, positive candidate experience, and alignment with SwanSat’s culture and values.
→ Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, social media engagement, and career event participation.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle across SwanSat’s business verticals — SwanSat (Geospatial Intelligence), KhetPe (AgTech), and BhoomiSure (InsurTech).
With BhoomiSure, SwanSat redefines crop and disaster insurance using automated claim triggers and satellite-driven risk assessments, ensuring timely and transparent payouts.
→ Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback and closure.
→ Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
→ Track and report recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire — driving continuous improvement.
→ Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
→ Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design recruitment plans.
→ Assist in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and field-based recruitment campaigns.
→ Provide market insights, talent trends, and competitor hiring practices to HR leadership.
The role demands hands-on execution, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
→ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
→ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR databases.

→ Exposure to sales, technical, and field recruitment preferred.
