Communicate job site needs or issues to the Foreman promptly.
Make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls
Set up ladders, fall protection, and staging areas each day.
Repeat the same movements
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Hold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm
Tear off existing roofing materials safely and efficiently.
Load/unload materials and move them around the site as needed.
Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without getting tired
Determine the distance between objects
Perform work to meet or exceed company quality standards.
Follow directions from the Foreman and work cooperatively with crew members.
Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in the field.
Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects
Use PPE and fall protection at all times.
Follow all installation procedures per manufacturer and code.
Assist with roof repairs as directed.
Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
Ensure tools are handled safely and returned to storage daily.
Install underlayment, shingles, flashing, and other roofing components.
Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
Move two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while remaining in place
Follow safety rules and report any hazards or incidents.
Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position
