- Proposal & Technical Oversight:Lead proposal preparation, including pricing strategies and technical evaluations, positioning the team for project wins.
- Project Management:Manage and execute projects of all sizes, taking full ownership from concept through completion.

- Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in the state of Virginia.

- Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in the state of Maryland and DC.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and grow team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 9+ years of experience in engineering, design, or related technical disciplines.
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-end technical talent within a dynamic organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or architecture.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
