Lead project meetings and coordinate with accounting for billing, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is performed according to plans and safety standards.

Experience with public infrastructure projects and DOT specifications.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and construction documentation.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in outdoor environments.
OSHA 30 certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
Familiarity with GPS layout systems and digital construction tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to walk, stand, and navigate active construction sites.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including hard hat, safety vest, and steel-toe boots.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
Exposure to construction site conditions including noise, dust, and weather.
