Familiar with different manufacture’s service software for VRF systems (i.e. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Sanyo, Toshiba, Fujitsu ect.)
Travel as necessary during peak seasons between Huntsville & Birmingham.
Basic understanding, operation, and navigation of common Building Automation Systems, (i.e. Trane, Honeywell, JCI ect.)
Self-motivated and able to work with limited guidance from management.
Ability to pass MVR check
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
Ability to pass a physical ability test
Minimum 5 years field service
Able to perform maintenance and detailed troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment including but not limited to: Packaged RTU’s, large split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, air cooled chillers, Variable Frequency Drives, pumps & motors.
