-Manage the day-to-day operations of the store -Maintaining Hilti’s customer database through Salesforce -Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth -Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep -Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers
