

Provides engineering, procurement, construction and technology solutions to government and industry worldwide.
The role provides strategic oversight to align contractor activities with government objectives, manages recruitment, retention, performance and development of all contractor staff, and ensures full compliance with the Statement of Work, KPIs and SLAs. It also oversees a 24/7 operational environment, serves as the main liaison with government technical representatives, and coordinates across multiple Intelligence Community agencies.
This is a contingent position, contingent on contract award, seeking a highly motivated, career‑oriented Program Manager. The PM will lead, manage, and execute all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work and act as the primary point of contact for government leadership.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or a related technical field (Master’s preferred) and possess PMP or equivalent certification. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, along with at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years of program management for similarly sized, complex projects, 5 years supporting 24/7 operations, and 7 years within the Intelligence Community.
