Provide front-line technical and application support for customer enquiries across pumps and rotating equipment.

This is an office-based, technical role ideal for someone who enjoys combining mechanical understanding with commercial coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks.
Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
Experience or exposure to pumps, rotating equipment, motors, manufacturing, or mechanical systems preferred.
