In this role, the developer shapes architectural decisions and acts as a subject‑matter expert, influencing the selection of frameworks, libraries, and tools. Their input drives the technical direction of projects and initiatives.
They also oversee system reliability, performance optimization, and security, while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Internal knowledge‑sharing sessions and tech talks are part of their responsibilities.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science) and at least ten years of relevant experience are required. The candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring abilities.
Technical expertise should include Splunk, Datadog, and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#. In‑depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, backend and frontend frameworks, APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases is essential, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and security best practices.
