Provide support to the regional management teams to enable compliance with SHEQ legislation.
Assist with the development and maintenance of the SHEQ-related documentation, e.g. manuals, procedures, guidance notes and forms.
Carry out systematic audits and inspections of construction sites, mobile workplaces (men in vans) offices and other workplaces to verify compliance with the legislative requirements and compliance with the requirements of the health and safety management systems.
Liaise with clients, Inspectors and external assessors.
Assist the regional management teams and employees with the preparation of risk assessments and identification of suitable control measures, as and when required.
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify the root cause and learning points.
Provide support to regional management teams on the implementation of SHEQ guidance and best practice.
Monitor the satisfactory resolution of SHEQ problems.
