In this role you will drive the expansion of our leasing portfolio by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and increasing market presence. You will develop and execute transactions with team involvement, consistently surpassing revenue targets. Leadership includes inspiring and guiding a team of leasing professionals to exceed those targets while focusing on client engagement and business development.
You will create and implement tailored business strategies, tactics, and action plans for the commercial real‑estate market. Managing client relationships will involve exceeding their real‑estate needs, generating repeat business and referrals. Staying abreast of market trends and competition will help pinpoint areas for expansion. You will monitor team performance, report KPIs to senior management, and manage the department budget strategically. Finally, you will conduct pitch presentations and negotiations, showcasing the value of our services.
