- Create and maintain project schedules and progress reports using MS Project or Primavera; track milestones and escalate critical delays.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day ELV project activities on site: manage installation schedules, supervise subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Review and validate technical drawings and BOQs, raise RFIs, and ensure design‑to‑site conformity using AutoCAD.
- Drive testing & commissioning activities (FAT/SAT), document results, and hand over as‑built documentation and operations manuals.
- Manage material delivery, inventory, and on‑site acceptance; conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Serve as primary on‑site liaison for clients, consultants, and vendors—coordinate site meetings, update stakeholders, and resolve integration issues.

- Strong vendor coordination and site supervision experience in commercial construction or fit‑out projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification, or BICSI/industry certification in low‑voltage systems.
- Experience with BIM workflows and coordinating MEP/BMS integrations.
- Proven experience managing ELV project, control panel, access control, structured cabling, and related systems.
- Working knowledge of IP networking concepts relevant to ELV (VLANs, PoE, basic switch configuration) and VMS integration.
- Familiarity with local electrical/safety compliance standards and site HSE procedures.
- Hands‑on familiarity with testing & commissioning of ELV systems and producing FAT/SAT and handover documentation.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for drawing coordination and site verification.
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking.
- On‑site, hands‑on role with clear visibility to project delivery and career progression into Project Management roles.
- Exposure to integrated building‑technology projects and opportunities for technical certification support.
