Requirements

• Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate with team members effectively.
• Prior experience in snow removal or a similar role is preferred
• Heavy Equipment Operation: Proven experience operating snow removal equipment.
• On-Call Availability: Ability to work during late-night or early-morning hours, often on short notice.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address challenges that arise during snow removal.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
