Review and assign work orders to team members. Directly complete ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
Coordinate the equipment/system Property Management program (Angus), including printing, assisting in coordination of staff to complete associated tasks, documenting readings/issues, and closing work orders.
Conduct building system inspections to maintain required certifications.
Show leadership by mentoring staff, evaluating reports, developing employees, taking corrective actions, and modeling integrity.
Complete Hazard Assessments. Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts. Report on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas. This includes HVAC units, Boilers, Cooling Towers, etc.
Operate, maintain, and fix various MEP systems including central plant configurations, AC package units, VAV air distribution, building automation systems, DDC and pneumatic controls, life safety systems, generators, electrical distribution and luminary systems, and plumbing systems/fixtures to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
Partner with internal teams on sophisticated maintenance and repair efforts.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and a CMMS.
Must possess and maintain CFC Universal certification for this position or obtain within first year of hire.
Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Be flexible with the ability to work additional hours or adjust the schedule if required, including participating in the after-hours "on-call" program.
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 2–3 years of job-related experience.
Possess strong solving skills, be able to read equipment schematics, apply diagnostic logic, and coordinate accurate repairs with limited supervision.
