Director - Natural Resources and Renewables

• Confidence in administering contracts and navigating the legal landscape around building and infrastructure.
• Ideally, you’ll have a degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law or a related field but we’re open to alternative backgrounds if you bring the right experience.
• The ability to cut through complexity, absorb technical detail, and turn it into clear action.
• Warrington, London or Bristol with UK wide travel
• A solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and how things get built in the real world.
• Professional membership of bodies like RICS, APM, CIOB, CICES, CIPS, ACostE is a plus and if you’re working towards one, we’ll support you.
• A strong track record in project controls, commercial management, procurement or project delivery on major infrastructure programmes.
• A natural networker and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Sharp knowledge of procurement and contract strategies, and how to get the best outcomes for clients.
• Real world experience in the energy sector, with insight into how programmes are funded, governed, and aligned with national strategy.
