Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join the Montreal team. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and providing clear, concise reports for leadership. -Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and business information. -Track and report on budgets, cash flow, and expense trends. -Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts. -Monitor and record investment activity across multiple accounts. -Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors as needed. -Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. -Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests. -Monitor accounts payable and receivable. -Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.

What You Bring
