The Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets, and will submit them through the plant project management system. They will coordinate with engineers, managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, safety compliance, and timely execution, while maintaining detailed documentation and equipment specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Submit project proposals through the plant project management system for approval.
- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation such as plans, designs, drawings, reports, and equipment specification sheets.
- Create requisitions and ensure timely procurement of equipment and components.
- Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and report financial status.
- Ensure compliance with codes, industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and communicate with multiple contractors and supervise construction phases, including safety compliance and contractor evaluations.
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Participate in Process Hazardous Analysis, Combustible Dust Assessments, safety audits, and Management of Change activities.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering and have at least three years of manufacturing project engineering experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office, strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills are required; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
