Construction Project Manager

• Oversee the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects from initial planning through to commissioning, grid integration and operational launch under the guidance of senior leadership
• Administer project resources, including contractual obligations, financial budgets, and personnel, to ensure efficient and effective execution
• Ensure all project activities align with Australian regulatory frameworks, securing necessary approvals, prioritising safety and environmental stewardship and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout procurement / execution phases
• Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams, including engineering, grid operations, finance, and asset management, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Proactively identify delivery and commissioning risks, implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes and timelines
• Cultivate and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, consultants, and industry partners, to support project success and reputation
• Provide technical and commercial input across internal teams, supporting contract negotiations and execution strategies for construction-related agreements
• Generate comprehensive project documentation, including performance reviews and reports covering safety metrics, technical progress, scheduling, budget adherence, and environmental impact

Enemix are closely supporting a growing renewable energy organisation based in Sydney, NSW in their search for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Manager who has exposure to the HV/Transmission/Renewable Energy sector and can lead multiple large scale energy projects simultaneously.

• 5+ years of experience in the Construction/Renewable Energy/Power Generation sectors
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Australian construction codes, WHS, and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management (Full Lifecycle)
• Strong and proven project management skills on complex, large project types
