Complete routine OPM’S as prescribed and maintain a clean and organized work station.
Manually enter commands and adjust machine controls within prescribed process limits to correct malfunctions/ensure process remains within control parameters.
Complete all aspects of machine and part set up, perform daily, weekly, and other periodic operator performed maintenance as required by the various machines, products, and fixtures being used.
Verify that operation setup, and parameters meet acceptable quality and engineering specifications for the operation being performed.
Interface with CNC controllers and their programming to load control media, work with others to assist in troubleshooting or improving operational performance, and change and monitor tool performance.

Ability to operate and understand using both SAE and Metric units of measure.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to learn, verify, and complete in process and post operation visual and dimensional inspections to ensure part conformity
At least 18 years of age.
Associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to operate and manage and monitor multiple machines and manual processes concurrently. Follow to achieve assigned performance standards
Ability to pass routine background check and drug test per company policy.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
Ability to understand and follow instructions (written, spoken, or shown in diagrams) and to solve basic problems with a few variables.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or precision mechanical assembly environment.
