Requirements

We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Manager with 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works for large‑scale projects. The role demands deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in CSA construction management; at least 8 years in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale EPC projects.
• Expertise in CSA construction methodologies for high‑tech/semiconductor facilities.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and international standards.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Familiarity with cleanroom construction requirements and precision structural works.
• Experience in cleanroom construction and high‑precision structural works (preferred).
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of risk management and cost control.
• Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Quick decision‑making and resolution of technical challenges.
• Skilled in managing contractors and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to work in high‑pressure environments while ensuring precision and compliance.
