Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all engineering activities.
Manage engineering support for serial production lines, ensuring consistent quality and output.
Evaluate and optimize plant layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.
Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Support new product introductions by designing efficient manufacturing processes and tooling requirements.
Develop time studies, work measurement systems, and labor standards to improve productivity.
Train and mentor production staff on process improvements and best practices.
Oversee process control and optimization for finished goods assembly, packaging, and delivery readiness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to guide decision-making.
Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and value stream mapping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.

Manufacturing engineering experience.
Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience in metal fabrication and assembly lines.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
